These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Digital Compliance and Payroll Solutions (DCPS) website (dcpsol.com), including all services, paid subscriptions, digital downloads, tools, and related services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.

4. Paid Subscriptions & Pricing

DCPS offers paid subscription plans for access to premium content, compliance resources, payroll tools, downloads, and other services.

• Subscription pricing is displayed on the website and may change at our discretion.
• All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.
• Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged as per Indian law.
• Access to premium services is granted only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways authorized to operate in India.
• By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased subscription or digital product.
• If payment authorization fails or is reversed, DCPS reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to Services without notice.
• DCPS shall not be responsible for payment failures, processing delays, bank declines, or technical errors caused by payment gateways or financial institutions.
• In case an amount is deducted but access is not granted, the matter will be verified with the payment gateway and resolved accordingly.

6. Subscription, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

DCPS may offer subscription-based access to premium compliance materials, payroll tools, downloadable resources, and other digital services.

• Subscriptions may be offered on monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles as displayed on the Platform.
• All subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period.
• If auto-renewal applies to your selected plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
• By purchasing an auto-renewing subscription, you expressly authorize DCPS to charge your saved payment method automatically at each renewal date for the applicable subscription fee, including applicable taxes.
• You are responsible for ensuring cancellation before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds shall be issued for unused subscription periods.
• DCPS reserves the right to change subscription pricing upon renewal, with notice provided on the Platform.
• Failure to maintain valid payment details may result in suspension or termination of subscription access.

7. Refund Policy & Digital Product No-Refund Clause

DCPS provides digital services, subscription-based access, downloadable compliance templates, payroll tools, and informational resources. Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these products:

• All payments made for subscriptions, digital downloads, templates, reports, and premium materials are final and non-refundable.
• Once access to digital content or subscription services has been granted, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be permitted.
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, non-usage, dissatisfaction, or misunderstanding of service scope.
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive any right to cancel once access has been provided.
• In case of duplicate charges or technical billing errors, refund requests may be reviewed after verification with the payment gateway.
• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within the timelines prescribed by the respective payment gateway or financial institution.

Chargeback Policy: If a chargeback is initiated after access to digital content or subscription services has been granted, DCPS reserves the right to suspend the associated account and recover any outstanding dues, including administrative or dispute resolution charges, where legally permissible.

By purchasing any subscription or digital product from DCPS, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, documents, templates, graphics, branding, software, and materials available on the Platform are the intellectual property of DCPS and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of premium content is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling or redistributing subscription content
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform
• Sharing login credentials with multiple users
• Using the Services for unlawful activities

10. Disclaimer

All information and compliance materials provided on this Platform are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, DCPS does not guarantee completeness or legal validity for specific cases. Users are advised to seek professional consultation before making compliance decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of our Services, including subscription services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DCPS, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

DCPS shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, technical failures, government actions, or internet disruptions.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
